London, United Kingdom
As a Product Designer, I’m driven to create products that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive and accessible. I believe design should be a force for good, which is why sustainability and inclusivity are core to my work.
Project Overview
The design concept intends to assist pregnant mothers who suffer from PPD (Postpartum Depression). The study investigates the origins and effects of PPD and then builds a semi-functional prototype, an app that intervenes and suggests ways to cope with PPD.
Key Highlights
User-Friendly Design: Developed an intuitive interface that enhances user experience, making it easy for users to interact and navigate.
Customisation: The app has provisions to allow users to customise features according to their preference.
Research Backed : Qualitative analysis and user testing addressed some of the pain points and created features based on the results; one being an online diary and the other a mood-tracker.
Multiple user mode: The app has two modes : One for the mother , the user and another for the caregivers. The functionality and user flow is adjusted catering to each focus group.
Mobile Compatibility: Ensured the platform is fully responsive and optimised for mobile devices, catering to the growing number of mobile users.
